Wonderful experience working with Sir Grout. Chris and his assistant were a pleasure to work with. They mixed four different grout tints for us to choose from and the result is that our kitchen floor stone tiles look better than they even did originally. Very professional and easy to work with. Too often we express displeasure with work that is done in our homes, not often enough do we give praise. I must tell you the gentleman who did our bathrooms did such a great job. Arrived on time. Was courteous, professional, very neat and quiet. The refinisher is an ex-marine. The refinish of 2 bathroom floors with 2 tiles replaced took less than 6 hours. The price was very fair and the floors look great. As good as new. Would definitely use again.
