Cannot say enough about my experience with Corey and Bill. I searched for pros to help with re-caulking my tub and kitchen sink and re-grouting my kitchen floor on a Sunday and Corey called me that same day. He visited me and wrote up a quote, pointing out the parts of the job they would not do since it wouldn't be worth my time and money, and set up the appointment for the work to be done. Bill performed the work and was on time, professional and courteous. I wish working with every contractor was as easy and professional as my experience with Sir Grout. Highly recommend. Customer service and professionalism at its finest.

It's hard to find a company that still believes in customer service but this company does! they do the work they say and go above and beyond to educate and take care of their customer. i did have a problem with part of the work peeling but i called them and they are sending someone out to fix it. i heard words every customer wants to hear, "we have to make it right for you".
