From start to finish I could not have asked for a better experience. Chris communicated with us frequently as there was some scheduling issues but all went well and was timely. Our technician Billy did a wonderful job. The shower had cracks and mildew that would not come off. After the treatment, it looks just like it did when we constructed the bathroom in 2010. I would highly recommend. This company is a pleasure to work with.
