We had Sir Grout because some of our shower grout was falling out (the house is 30 years old). Their tech came and addressed those areas, but the next day or two, the grout fell out. HOWEVER, he came back and did a FANTASTIC job by regrouting the entire shower area. We are so pleased and would definitely use/recommend them.
