In one home, they had to come back to do some touch ups (not their fault, but minor cracking of the grout due to the sub floor) and did so at no extra charge. They came out for an estimated within a week. Work was done in two weeks. They arrived on time. Worker removed his shoes when he entered. Worker came in and worked until he was done. My tile floors look brand new

Sir Grout replaced the grout in our kitchen, replaced the caulk around a bathroom tub, fixed and cleaned up the grout on a bathroom floor and sealed a marble floor. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of all. Quote and work where all handled in a professional manner. Very pleased.
