I have a tile counter top and backsplash that I did 35 years ago and I still liked how it looked except for the grout lines. I was deciding whether to regrout it, replace it, or "Sir Grout" it. I'm a lot older now and too lazy to do it again myself so Corey came out and explained everything that Sir Grout does. There really was no decision to be made. I could spend thousands or hundreds. I chose hundreds. Bill came out and did a fabulous job. He knew exactly what he was doing, explained everything to me, answered all of my questions and told me if I have any problems with the job to give them a call. So far, no problems and I don't expect to have any. The countertop and backsplash look brand new and I didn't have to lift a finger.Thank you Corey and Bill.

I just wanted to pass on a note to tell you and the owner of your franchise to which I hope you will pass this note how pleased we were with the work that was done by you and Bill Rowan. From the beginning you were professional in your sales call to us and responsive to my many concerns and phone calls. You always got back to me immediately when I called and were forthright and honest in your answers. We immediately felt that you were someone we could trust and you would deliver what you promised. I might add that we did not get the same feeling from your competition and that was why we hired Sir Grout rather than your competitor. Then Bill Rowan arrived to do the job. I can't say enough good things about Bill and about how hard he worked from 8:00AM in the morning until 7:00PM at night. He spent all that time on his hands and knees treating our home and our floors like his own. Our floors all look like the tile was just laid. He was meticulous in everything he did and he did a great job with very little down time. He took such pride in his work it was a pleasure to watch him work. I kept encouraging him to take a break but he rarely did. What a gem! I kept wondering how does this young man stay so motivated to work so hard. In my previous life I headed a sales force for a pharmaceutical company and my husband has been the Dean of a pharmacy school. We know good people when we see them and both you and Bill were exceptional. I would not hesitate to hire Sir Grout again but only if I could get you and Bill. You are a credit to your Company and because of the work you both did I won't hesitate to tell people waiting to see if we were happy with your work that they should hire Sir Grout.
While the work was excellent and the service great, when the job is translated to an hourly rate, I think $240 an hour is very steep. The cost of materials for this job was negligible.
