I have a tile counter top and backsplash that I did 35 years ago and I still liked how it looked except for the grout lines. I was deciding whether to regrout it, replace it, or "Sir Grout" it. I'm a lot older now and too lazy to do it again myself so Corey came out and explained everything that Sir Grout does. There really was no decision to be made. I could spend thousands or hundreds. I chose hundreds. Bill came out and did a fabulous job. He knew exactly what he was doing, explained everything to me, answered all of my questions and told me if I have any problems with the job to give them a call.
