When I first call Sir Grout, they mechanic told me that the grout would dry "hard as a rock." He told me not to use it for 24 hours, so I waited before taking a shower. Two days later, I tried to see how "hard" it was, and was surprised when it washed away. The owner called to see how it was, and I told him my problem. The owner told me it must have been a bad batch or handout been mixed properly. He sent another technician out, and that technician said he'd never seen the grout do that. He replaced the grout, and it harden like a rock. It looks great!
Corey and his crew were great. Corey came out fast and gave a fair and honest quote. No hard sell. The crew showed up on time and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional and courteous.
They replaced the grout in my master bath shower and sealed it. I had a leak from the shower that went down into my dining room caused by missing grout. Regrouting and sealing fixed the problem.
I had a leak that originated in my master bath and stained the ceiling in my dining room below. I contacted Sir Grout assuming it was a grout issue. He came and gave me an estimate for regrouting the shower. He said he couldn't promise that this would cure the leak and suggested that I have a plumber come look at it to affirm that it wasn't a plumbing problem. I had 2 plumbers come, both thought I should redo the shower as they felt the cause of the problem was the design of the shower seat. I decided that as long as the shower seat was regrouted properly the problem would disappear. Sir Grout came back regrouted and sealed so far so good 2 months later. The "grouter" was neat and efficient and did a very nice job.

Having had another company whose main claim to fame is rug cleaning, I trusted them to clean the tile and create uniformity in color in my 1 BR/Den apartment in NE Philadelphia Pa. I was charged close to $2,000 dollars. Sir Grout was able to re-clean and restore the tile in the master bath to it's brand new look. It hasn't looked that good since 1992 when the bathroom was renovated. I am thrilled!
Corey, Chris, and Bill worked very hard to give me what I wanted. Best of all, I know they will back up their excellent service. Something the other company failed to do.
