Using Sir Grout was one of the best decisions we ever made since we've owned our home. The crew leader, Bill, was so courteous, professional and friendly and he did an amazing job on our two bathrooms. Each room had the original "builder tiles" which were 25 years old, and the grout had discolored over the years to the point that no matter how much I cleaned them, they always looked dirty. After Bill was finished with both rooms, they each looked like I just had new tiles installed. I was told that the job would start at 8:00 AM and sure enough that is exactly when Bill arrived. He did an AMAZING job. Sir Grout is AWESOME!

I called the toll free number about a week before Thanksgiving. Shortly after I was provided with a free estimate and about a week later the work was performed. My mom takes very good care of her home but couldn't seem to get the grout clean, so I called Sir Grout as a Christmas present to her. They cleaned the tile and grout and then applied a "color seal" to the grout which transformed the floor back to new. The grout was the same color everywhere and she was able to pick a lighter color then the original. The process was done in less then a day and there was no dust or odor. They were a little more expensive then the other guys but they guarantee their work and supply a cleaning solution that has made my mom's life a lot easier when cleaning the kitchen.
