It's hard to find a company that still believes in customer service but this company does! they do the work they say and go above and beyond to educate and take care of their customer. i did have a problem with part of the work peeling but i called them and they are sending someone out to fix it. i heard words every customer wants to hear, "we have to make it right for you". I'm very happy I found Sir Grout. I had a tiled bath tub with small holes in the grout that had started to leak after someone took a long shower. Re-grouting the tile or getting a Bath Fitter type enclosure would've cost thousands. I called Sir Grout and they came out and prepared an estimate in under 30 minutes, and it cost less than 10% of what I'd spend on other solutions, so I went ahead with it. The grout sealing was done in just a few hours and made the bathroom look like brand new. They also redid the caulk and thoroughly cleaned the bath and tile, getting rid of some mold and rust spots for me at no extra cost. It's been almost 3 months since the work was done, and I've had no leaks since, so the grout sealing not only made everything look great, it also repaired the tiny holes and cracks that were allowing water to seep through.
Sir Grout did an excellent job removing the old grout and regrouting areas in our shower that were previously messed up by someone whose grouting expertise was that of a kindergartner. The employee (whose name I do not recall now ... Apologies to him!) that actually performed the work was professional, highly skilled and meticulous. Our shower looks better than it has looked in years!
Met with Corey and was given an estimate immediately for my laundry room, kitchen and powder room floors. Waited several weeks before we were able to schedule due to other conflicts we had. When Corey called to see if we had any questions we scheduled our appointment and we were able to get one within a week. Chris arrived right on time and let us choose the color we wanted for the grout by showing us a few samples. Once he started working it was nonstop for four hours. He did a great job, was very neat and our floors looks like they did the first day they were laid and grouted. Thanks for making my floors look brand new.
